<p>5. You can increase muscle force while reducing calories: The main factor here is by how much you reduce the calories. If you go to low you will lose muscle mass. However, a slight decrease will allow you to maintain what you have.</p>
<p>6. No clinical research backs hypnosis: Do not waste your time buying expensive hypnosis products. There is no solid evidence showing that hypnosis can change behavior. You are far better off spending the money on nutritious food.</p>

<p>It was five years back that I first heard of this product. I worked for the company that makes and markets it. I worked as a representative and maintained the account at a major clothing and department chain.</p>
<p>When it comes to getting older and my looks, I am one vain man. I continually heard the praises of the Strivectin and one day I made the decision to try it out.</p>
<p>Almost instantly, I noticed how great and smooth it made my face feel after I shaved. In less than two weeks, I began to notice that the wrinkles around my eyes were getting less and less noticeable.</p>

<p>But the truth is that such guerilla dieting destroys the body&#8217;s metabolic mechanisms. In other words, it shuts down your body&#8217;s ability to burn off the arm flab. So here are 6 nutrition tips to follow so that your body (and mind) doesn&#8217;t shut down:</p>
<p>1. Forget about calories in versus calories out. In this day and age, everyone is busy and we don&#8217;t have all day to exercise. It&#8217;s not necessary to spend hours running and hours lifting weights every day to get rid of the arm jiggle. All that&#8217;s needed is a short workout that gets to the point in 45 minutes or less (note: you should be sweating and panting).</p>
<p>2. Don&#8217;t keep a journal of every piece of food you eat. You are not a machine, so please don&#8217;t act like one. Do this, and you&#8217;ll end up feeling like a slave. Eventually, you&#8217;ll reach a tipping point and throw in the flabby arms towel.</p>
<p>3. Pay attention to each meal. Instead of micromanaging everything, simply make sure that each one of your meals is balanced. In other words, include a protein, fat, vegetable, and carbohydrate food item in each meal. This is all you have to do.</p>
<p>4. Forget about counting calories. Even worse than the food log, because now instead of pulling out your hair, you&#8217;ll want to jump off a cliff. The whole calorie counting mumbo jumbo is based on an outdated closed thermodynamic model. In other words, the flawed idea that a 3500 caloric deficit produces 1 lb. of fat loss.</p>
<p>5. Don&#8217;t eliminate pleasure foods from your diet. The biggest negatives of pleasure foods are high caloric content and fast digestion. You can minimize both negatives by simply having a slightly smaller portion of the food and accompanying it with a serving of vegetables. The fibrous material of the vegetable will slow down the digestion of the pleasure food substantially and less calories (if any) will go to your arm fat.</p>
<p>6. One alcoholic drink per day. Perhaps it&#8217;s the stress of modern day living, but way too many of my female clients are loading up on booze more often than not. If you drink more than one serving of alcohol per day, your body will greatly reduce its production of arm-fat-melting hormones.</p>
<p>I hope you aren&#8217;t feeling intimidated by the process of learning how to lose arm fat. Changing your eating patterns is not that hard as long as you are patient and take a healthy approach. And now you have 6 key things that will make the change that much easier!</p>
<p>And remember that trying to get everything perfect in one shot is unrealistic. You will fall off the wagon from time to time. Expect this, and always get back on track as soon as possible.</p>

<p>Most women simply forget about all the sexy sleeveless tops they have hiding in the closet if their arms are too big. The good news is that there is no reason you can&#8217;t get back the arms you used to have when you were twenty.</p>
<p>I never had sexy arms as a twenty year old. But I tried so hard to get them. I spent a small war chest on every exercise program and new supplement to hit the market. I experimented with everything out there.</p>
<p>Please learn from my mistakes! Here are some common misconceptions about arm exercises for women that you HAVE to look out for:</p>
<p>1. You can&#8217;t spot reduce. It&#8217;s true that you can&#8217;t selectively lose arm fat from only one area in your body. However, arm fat is only part of the equation. Moreover, I&#8217;ve seen countless women lose tons of fat and still not have toned arms. The key is to focus on tightening the arm muscle, and on changing the amount of water and carbohydrate within the muscle.</p>
<p>2. Push-ups are an excellent exercise for the back of the arm. Most of the push-up movement targets your chest, not your arms. Does it make sense to spend time doing an exercise that doesn&#8217;t tighten up your arms? Of course not because it&#8217;s not a good use of time! I cringe every time I hear an &#8220;expert&#8221; claiming that this is one of the best arm exercises for women.</p>
